This is a big day for Aletheia. Nine months old! She's been a external baby as long as she was an internal baby.
And this is an important picture. At first it looks just like any other picture of a smiling baby girl, but this is the very first picture that shows her brand new first tooth!

I wish I could be there to see your new tooth. Tell mommy and daddy that the tooth fairy should bring you something to celebrate. I know you usually get something for losing a tooth, but we could start a new tradition. How about I just send you a package instead?
